What we collect
If you leave your email for launch updates or facility alerts, we store that email and which facility it relates to. If you buy a report, we store your email, the facilities you chose, and the report we generated; your payment details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. That's the list. We collect no health information about you or your family, and the facility data on this site is public government data about businesses, not about individuals.
What we do with it
We email you the things you asked for. Transactional email (your report, alerts you signed up for) and any future marketing email are separate streams; every marketing email will carry a working unsubscribe that we honor permanently — including if you later become a customer. We do not sell or share your information with anyone, and in particular we share nothing with nursing home facilities — we take no money from them in any form.
Deletion and contact
Email support@nursinghomelens.com from the address in question and we'll delete your data within 30 days (purchase records we must keep for tax and accounting are retained as required by law). Operated by MarkAlarm LLC, doing business as NursingHomeLens.
